I struggled with the composite. I think I could do it better today but at least the repair seems to be holding. The defect went from line angle to line angle–the whole buccal face of the tooth. . gbc

This was interesting because a root frac ture was seen where the prior apico was done. The MTAS was removed and Brassler putty used in this case. Will take a 1 yr CBCT and we will know more. Don’t usually get so much scar formation–so this was surprising…..
