Getting Started

  • How can I get started?
You can start by clicking on the 'Register' button in the top right corner to create an account. Once you have an account you can start watching the training videos and you will be able to track your progress as well as receiving a certificate of completion after each lesson.
  • Where do I find the videos?
Click on the 'Courses' tab to find the videos.
  • What are the videos I need to watch if I am new to TDO?
TDO Flow - A short 5-min intro that should be watched by everyone to understand the flow of a patient from check-in to check-out.
TDO Admin Training - For front desk staff
TDO Clinical Training - For doctors and assistants TDO Cloud Training - For front and clinical staff. This is important so the clinical team will understand how the patient completes the forms and how and what the referring doctors can see and do.
Cloud Letters Training or TDO Letters Module Training if you will be using Word   - For anyone responsible for creating correspondence such as writing referring doctor reports and patient letters and emails
Version 12 Update Training - Not required for new users
TDO Version 12 Insurance Training - Not required for new users
  • How long are the courses?
Each course is about 30-min and is made up of short videos.
  • What is the best way to learn TDO?
Watching the videos but you will have the most success by pausing and practicing in TDO.
  • How do I know if I am prepared for the live training?
We rely on you to learn the basics by watching the videos and practicing to have the most productive in-person session, where we can focus on the things that matter to you.  This will make sure you have the best transition possible.
  • How do I log in to my new TDO Database?
You can use this default login to log into TDO before creating your own username and password. User: endo PW: endo
