This was interesting because a root frac ture was seen where the prior apico was done. The MTAS was removed and Brassler putty used in this case. Will take a 1 yr CBCT and we will know more. Don’t usually get so much scar formation–so this was surprising…..

When I first saw Sir Charles’s cases, I thought I would use X-nav a little but not a lot. Now I am starting to see that it is useful on a whole host of cases. This one being an obvious use for it. gbc
