#2.6 NP/SAP, 2 visits, asymptomatic at 2nd visit, System B gingivectomy. Tried to apply best practices in endodontics including: finding all canals, preserving coronal and radicular dentin, immediate coronal restoration with adequate marginal adaptation with no voids and finally, proper documentation. Far from perfect, but it starts with making the right decisions and then getting better at executing.
