Lower First Molar ready to be crowned:

[post-views]
TL-19-PE

The patient is getting two crowns on teeth #18 and #19. He developed symptoms on tooth #19 and was sent to have initial endodontic treatment. He was advised that there is a likelihood that he may also need treatment on tooth #18, once the crown was taken out and any present decay removed. Four canals, conservatively prepared with 17/.04 SSWhite VTaper files. Purple .04 tapered GP points and Kerr EWT sealer. Conservation of tooth structure lowers the likelihood of possible VRF in the long term.
