Hi Gary, What you want to do is flush-up first, then do the DME. Here…it looks like there is a distal concavity that isn't flushed up. Not very happy with my distal margin….don’t think I have the right kind of burs for this. This is hard….at least for me…..The decay was sub-osseous on both sides. The temp was a 3/4 onlay where the B cusps were preserved. gbc
