Patient was 11 at time of treatment, 19 now!!  Case of Dens Evaginatus – swelling and immature root

Used Triple AB mix at the time, I use CaOH2 nowadays

At a recent visit with GD – Patient was informed by GD, tooth needs Endo and Crown, GD diagnosed a crack, I had informed patient’s Mom at the initial visit to consult with me prior to any further intervention. I could not see anything of signficance using trans-illumination, staining and magnification.

Pulp sensibility test with cold – his response was delayed. Images of contralateral side were taken along the way to compare root maturation status.  CBCT pending to assess the suspicious area present mid root!
