In today for another tooth.

Clinicals show the access with an SS White EG-4 and a round bur which completely covers the access.  File clinicials show a SSW 17/V.04 (white band) at length (20mm), am SSW 30/V.06 (blue band) (final shape) and a ProTaper (R) F1 (yellow band) that doesn't even fit in the completed access/shape.

Four year followup.

Non-TDO’ers:

Look at this case carefully and consider:

What are the chances that this tooth breaks 20 years from now? And since tooth failure on endodontically treated teeth is more related to tooth fracture than endodontic failure—-isn’t this patient far better off with this minimized approach than your typical search and destroy approach?
