Poor Joy…..having to come in on her birthday… Patient here from Russia for treatment of ALS–in a wheelchair. Daughter a patient of mine—lead scientist on the MARS probe at Cal Tech. Just wants to be functional and to minimize costs if possible. Patient is 78. Tried to talk about a 6-12 implant supported bridge…..no go. SINUS TRACT mid root. She comes in today with the post/crown in her hand—the post had perforated the buccal aspect of the root. Tried to do mthe best I could. BCS sealer in the perf and RCT. Had to cut the Flexipost off to get it to have any purchase at all. Got some good retention,,,I think. Filled a temp crown with Luxicore. Couldn’t do this without Joy for shur….. gbc
