It is strongly recommended for all staff members to review the v12 videos on the knowledge base

If you take insurance, please review the New Insurance Features article. Also, we have created a separate course on insurance that you will find helpful. While not a prerequisite to upgrading, we strongly suggest that you take this course as well: TDO Version 12 Insurance Course

If you are using Vantiv for CC processing, it will need to be reconfigured.

Calibrations on the Draw page will need to be re-measured and calibrated.

Someone with full access will need to be available to reconfigure the new User Roles settings.

TDO now has the ability to allow multiple windows open at one time to maximize productivity.  Please review the video on how to Configure Your Desktop.  Then review the Floating Windows/Multitasking video for how to use the new feature.
