To add the diagnosis, click the filter information area on the left and
search for the area where you previously entered the
results in TDO. *The testing tab in this case
Locate your token.
Make sure the cursor is in the right spot.
Click insert and the pulpal diagnosis token will be entered and the result
will load every time into this report.
Now the periapical diagnosis, you can also type in the search area and click insert
Simply add the word diagnosis before the tokens.You can remove tokens, adjust the spaces, if you prefer not to share certain details.
Click save on the left to make sure your changes are saved.
To add images, I suggest making the structure of the template visible.
Click on the small square on the top of the page and, click design and select view gridlines under borders
And to add more images, create another row below.
Right click and select insert row below.
Add rows repeating the process.
Make sure the cursor is in the right place, and now to add the image holder, select the image category and the size.
Click insert to add the image holder, you may need to adjust the size and center the image.
It is easier to remove and re enter the holders to match the size sometimes.
Now that the image holders are ready, click save on the top left.
Rename the report, click rename to adjust and save!
