CASE 1: #36 symptomatic after a deep composite restoration.

I opted for an orifice directed access in this case. Complete removal of the old restoration may have provided more access but the access preparation i had done already gave me enough SLA

CASE 2: #26 ENDO

Calcified #26 and i managed to break a munce bur when i was  drilling out the stone. Ribbon shaped palatal canal and i decided to squirt that one. WVC in the other 3 and referred back.

Interessant å se forskjellige tilnærminger til vanskelige tilfeller! Virker som om du håndterte de bra, spesielt den kalkifiserte #26. Munce bur-brudd er jo kjedelig, men sånt skjer. Godt jobba! Grade Calculator
